Returns Policy

The New Zealand Respiratory and Sleep Institute (Sleep & Breathing (NZ) Limited) will only accept returns for unopened products, returned in pristine condition. We cannot under any circumstances accept the return of any product that has been opened or used in any way. We accept unopened products within 7 days of the date of its sale. Please bear in mind that the availability of your selected items was at the time of placing them in your shopping cart. We endeavour to deliver within the stated time; however, we do not guarantee supply or delivery on time. We are not liable for any mis-deliveries due to incorrect addresses being provided.
