Our friendly Reception team is known for their warm smiles and professional service and is your first point of contact to the Institute.

Courtney, Danny, Dani, Jessie and Liz are led by our Office Manager, Tania.

The team is well-trained to arrange your appointment and advise specific instructions for your visit. They will let you know the costs involved and arrange Southern Cross prior-approval if you are a Southern Cross member.
