Complete the Good Sleep Test from the comfort of your own home. The Good Sleep Test is a simple, easy to use, sleep device that captures key sleep metrics to aid in clinical review and diagnosis of Obstructive Sleep Apnea. Pick from our two testing options and book your test online now. A member of the team will organise for the device to be shipped directly to you, or alternatively you can collect the device from our Greenlane clinic.
If you would like your sleep study reported by a Sleep Physician please select the "Physician Reported" option in the drop down menu above. The report will be reviewed and reported by an NZ based Sleep Physician. They may provide recommendations for suitable next steps where required.
If you would like a screening test without a Physician Report, please select the "Test Only" option the drop down menu.
All completed Good Sleep Tests will receive a follow up phone call by a qualified and CPRB registered Sleep Physiologist who will go through your results with you.
This test works as a useful screening tool for possible Obstructive Sleep Apnea, however, does not allow for the diagnosis of all possible sleep disorders. Ther need for complex studies may still be required if indicated.
