Admin Staff

Known for their warm smiles and professional service, our friendly Reception Team is your first point of contact to the Institute. Liz, Annabel, Athena, Jo, Na'ee, and Danny make up the team and are led by our Office Manager, Andrea.

Liz, who is working remotely from Christchurch, has been working at the Institute for over seven years now.

Annabel joined the team in 2020 and works once a week at our North Shore Clinic and the remainder of her time at our Greenlane Office.

Athena looks after our Pukekohe site once a week but mostly works at our Greenlane Clinic. She joined the team in February 2021.

Jo started in September 2021 and works at the Greenlane site. She usually takes care of the evening shifts.

Na'ee joined in March 2022 and is always the earliest to man the Reception at our Greenlane office.

Danny completed the team in August 2022 and is a big help at the Reception at our Greenlane Clinic.

Andrea joined in August 2022 and mostly works in the background. She can be found helping out at the Reception when needed.

The team is well-trained to arrange your appointment and advise specific instructions for your visit. They will let you know the costs involved and arrange Southern Cross prior-approval if you are a Southern Cross member.
